The Agriculture and Extension Education Committee is authorized, per Wis. Stats. 59.63(3), to make available the necessary facilities and conduct programs in cooperation with the university extension of the University of Wisconsin. The Agriculture and Extension Education Committee is delegated the authority to direct and supervise the department.
