Qualified applicants must be able to type 35 net words per minute and pass a computerized multi-tasking exam (Criticall) before moving onto the interview stage. After the interview, a reference check and criminal background investigation will be completed on applicants that are chosen to move forward in the process. Contingent offers will be made to those that are selected for employment. A contingent offer is confirmed after passing a pre-employment physical, drug test, and psychological evaluation.
