Applications & Permits

The following development activities require applications, checklists, and/or permits, per the Rock County Land Division and Development Ordinance or agreements with Towns.

Prior to commencing construction of a building or accessory building, the property owner or his/her agent may be required to obtain a Zoning Site Permit from the Agency. The purpose of this Permit is to assure that the building/accessory building is sited in accordance with the health and safety provisions of the Ordinance.

Please note: For land-disturbing activity related to the driveway and/or underground utility installation please contact the Rock County Land Conservation Department to determine if a stormwater management permit is required.

Fees

The Rock County Fee Schedules below identify the fees associated with the development activities above. Fees may be paid online through our Payment Portal, by mail or in person at our office.
