September 2023

The September 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, September 13th virtually on Zoom.

September's meeting included a presentation from Unite Us, a collaborative network of partners across healthcare, government, nonprofits, and other organizations. September's meeting also highlighted updates on the implementation of the 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan and a follow up on advocacy based on July's presentation from Ben Van Pelt, SSM Health Director of Government Affairs for Wisconsin.

July 2023

May 2023

The May 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, May 10th virtually on Zoom.

May's meeting included a presentation on the WeCope program, an evidence-based program that helps adults cope with stress. May's meeting also highlighted updates on the implementation of the 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan and community updates from HEAR members.

April 2023

The April 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, April 12th virtually on Zoom.

April's meeting included a presentation from Visible Network Labs on HEAR's recent network analysis where HEAR members assessed their relationships throughout the network to improve the group's collaborative efforts. April's meeting also highlighted updates on the implementation of the 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan and community updated from HEAR members.

March 2023

The March 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, March 8th virtually on Zoom.

March's meeting included a presentation on the 2023-2027 State Health Improvement Plan, a plan that describes how Wisconsin DHS will work to address Wisconsin's public health needs. March's meeting also highlighted updates on the implementation of the 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan, an announcement of the Mobilizing Communities for a Just Response Grant, and community updates from HEAR members.

February 2023

The February 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, February 8th virtually on Zoom.

February's meeting included a presentation on the 2022 Rock County Transportation Survey Report, a survey used to assess Rock County's needs for transportation services, including services that help Rock County residents get to medical and related appointments. February's meeting also highlighted updates on the implementation of the 2022-2024 Community Health Improvement Plan and community updates from HEAR members.

January 2023

The January 2023 HEAR meeting was held on Wednesday, January 11th virtually on Zoom.
