Home MenuVaccines for Adults Program
We provide free or low cost vaccine for adults through the Vaccines for Adults (VFA) Program in partnership with Wisconsin DHS and CDC. The VFA Program is a federally funded program that helps increase access to vaccines by providing free or low cost vaccines to eligible adults. Common VFA providers include doctor's offices, pharmacies, and public health departments.
Adults are eligible for the VFA program if they:
- Are 19 years and older
- Do not have heath insurance
- Have health insurance that does not cover certain vaccines or the insurance has a fixed dollar limit or cap for vaccines
If you do not meet VFA Program eligibility, please contact your doctor or local pharmacy to schedule an appointment.
The vaccines we provide through the VFA Program are recommended by Wisconsin DHS and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Some of the vaccines we provide through the VFA Program include:
- Hepatitis A
- Human papillomavirus (HPV)
- Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
- Tetanus and diphtheria (Td)
- Varicella
See a full list of available VFA vaccines here. Each VFA provider's available vaccines may vary.
