In 2022, the IdeaBook was created in a co-design process in partnership with Rock County staff, Alia, and parents (now known as the “BeeHive”) with lived experience from the Beloit community.

There are 4 Key solution areas outlined in the IdeaBook that house several community initiatives and systems change starting points for Rock County:

1. Building a Community-Led Peer Response
2. Creating Stability and Mobility for Families
3. Building Community Awareness through Outreach
4. Providing a One-Stop-Shop Place for Support
