What is Access? 

Access is where we receive information about suspected child maltreatment from community members and mandated reports. Depending on the information reported, the report may be screened-in and moved to the initial assessment phase or the report may be screened-out if the information reported does not meet state statutes warranting further intervention. Our Access Department is also the front door to accessing CPS supportive services.
